Description

  • Own the regional sales strategy and overall revenue performance for the Texas and Louisiana territory.
  • Develop and expand the sales pipeline through prospecting, territory planning, and new business development.
  • Manage existing accounts and deepen relationships with OEMs, contract manufacturers, and academic institutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through project execution and post-sale account management.
  • Serve as a technical and consultative resource to customers throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and coordinate effective execution.
  • Use executive-level relationship building to strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement in the region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related sales experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, additive manufacturing, or a similar industry.
  • Experience in consultative and solutions-based sales with an emphasis on building cohesive vendor partnerships.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for ROI, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must live in Texas and be able to travel extensively throughout the TX and LA territory.
  • Experience in additive manufacturing or related technical sales is essential.
  • Preferred ability to build a team and demonstrate leadership in a growing territory.
