Description

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary point of accountability for client outcomes.
  • Drive client retention, strategic growth, and long-term partnerships across healthcare provider engagements.
  • Manage project health by balancing budget, timeline, quality, and overall delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, and Account Managers to ensure seamless delivery and secure additional work.
  • Establish clear guiding principles, aggressive metrics, and team accountability for delivery execution.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively while validating progress and achievement against objectives.
  • Define, monitor, and enforce operational KPIs to support team health and customer success.
  • Lead change management and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Oversee portfolio profitability, including resource utilization and gross margin.
  • Guide consultative delivery and mitigation of risks across the full project lifecycle, from scoping through contract negotiation and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing a high-performing professional services organization or large delivery function.
  • Deep understanding of consultative delivery, talent management, and operational health.
  • Proven P&L accountability and experience managing portfolio profitability, including resource utilization and gross margin.
  • Mastery of the full project lifecycle, including scoping, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.
  • Current Salesforce Certified Professional designation.
  • Proven success leading enterprise-level Salesforce-enabled digital transformations.
  • Experience guiding complex architecture in Salesforce-enabled transformations.
  • Established network within the HLS or broader Salesforce community.
  • Ability to travel to client sites regularly, estimated at 25% travel.
  • Experience driving client retention, recurring business, and long-term customer partnerships.
