Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for an elite portfolio of hotel groups and strategic hotel accounts across EMEA.
  • Own post-sale account management, including ensuring successful adoption and deep utilization of OpenTable solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly retention and revenue targets for the assigned portfolio.
  • Identify, develop, and close upgrade and add-on sales opportunities to grow account value.
  • Proactively support customer success through follow-ups, issue resolution, and optimization of client operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and activities in Salesforce and use that data to report account health and KPI progress to leadership.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on OpenTable’s suite of products, including table management and online marketing tools.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Marketing as the voice of the customer and help shape the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Hotels Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure smooth transitions from signed to live and support new business rollouts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or equivalent experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Comfort working with AI tools and applying AI fluency in a professional setting.
  • Business-fluent German is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven business decisions and use industry insights to reframe client needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet ambitious goals.
  • Availability for 30-50% travel depending on location across the EMEA region.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and technology; prior restaurant management or F&B sales experience is a significant plus.
