Description

  • Assist Account Managers with sales follow-ups and reminders.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene by keeping deals, contacts, and notes accurate.
  • Track, manage, and organize contracts and other sales-related documentation.
  • Update and maintain lead, contact, and deal records in HubSpot.
  • Identify and clean duplicate or incomplete CRM records.
  • Execute social outreach on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other relevant platforms.
  • Support marketing-led social selling and lead generation efforts.
  • Engage prospects and route interested leads to the sales team.
  • Send follow-up emails and messages to prospects as needed.
  • Support inbound leads and ensure timely handoff between teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Familiarity with sales follow-ups and basic contract handling.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks.
  • Ability to balance operational work with outreach activities.
  • Experience supporting Account Managers or sales teams is preferred.
  • Exposure to social selling or outbound lead generation is preferred.
  • Background in B2B services, SaaS, or agencies is preferred.
