Description

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Set KPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for new sales hires.
  • Deliver ongoing training on sales processes, communication, and product knowledge.
  • Improve sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Monitor sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements across the sales funnel.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, data tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and leadership on lead generation, handoffs, and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, business development, or account management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience developing sales training programs or enablement materials is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries is preferred.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience is preferred.
