Description

  • Own pipeline generation across the Americas through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, industry events, and network-driven outreach.
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and digital transformation teams.
  • Develop trusted customer partnerships by understanding operational challenges and positioning Portcast around business outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff after deal closure.
  • Build territory plans, prioritize target accounts, identify whitespace opportunities, and create a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success to improve collateral, influence product direction, and strengthen go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, opportunity management, forecasting, and regular pipeline reporting.
  • Provide clear visibility into pipeline health, deal risks, and support needed to achieve targets.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle, including building pipeline and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience selling into shippers, beneficial cargo owners, freight forwarders, or logistics service providers is highly preferred.
  • Strong curiosity about supply chains and the ability to quickly build credibility with enterprise buyers.
  • Thrives in startup environments where ownership is high and structure is still evolving.
  • Comfortable working independently as the only commercial person in a region.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and facilitate executive conversations.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
