Description

  • Execute the North American Specialty Footwear strategy in alignment with the long-term strategic plan.
  • Identify, pursue, and build relationships with new Specialty Partners to expand the distribution network.
  • Develop programming and support Territory Managers to drive profitable growth and stronger partner relationships.
  • Partner with trade marketing to create and execute seasonal strategies that improve partner experiences.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and allocations on data-driven forecasting plans and assortments.
  • Travel across North America to support go-to-market success and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Attend and support trade shows and industry events.
  • Develop and extend Project Beta into Snow & Climb.
  • Build the footwear sales team to drive category growth.
  • Work with the Commercial team to identify new business opportunities and scale best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in best-in-class strategic account management, ideally in the footwear space.
  • Experience across multiple forms of distribution, including owned retail development and growth, partnership branded retail, and wholesale development.
  • Demonstrated people leadership ability with experience motivating teams toward common goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and concepts clearly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions proactively.
  • High flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Benefits

  • Salary range of USD $107,000 to $141,000.
