Description

  • Own pipeline generation across the Americas by prospecting and engaging enterprise Freight Forwarders, Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), and Beneficial Cargo Owners (BCOs).
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through discovery, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and digital transformation teams.
  • Develop trusted customer partnerships by understanding operational challenges and positioning Portcast’s platform around business outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff after deal closure.
  • Create territory plans, prioritize target accounts, and identify whitespace opportunities to grow Portcast’s presence across the Americas.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions, and Customer Success to improve sales collateral, influence product direction, and strengthen go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, opportunity management, forecasting, and regular pipeline reporting.
  • Provide visibility into pipeline health, deal risks, and support needed to hit commercial targets.

Requirements

  • Proven success selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions and consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Experience selling into shippers, beneficial cargo owners (BCOs), freight forwarders, or logistics service providers is highly preferred.
  • Genuine interest in supply chains and the ability to quickly build credibility with enterprise buyers.
  • Comfort working in a startup environment with high ownership and evolving structure.
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong communication skills for executive conversations, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Authorized to work in South America.
  • This is a fully remote role within South America.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.
