Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospects through structured discovery conversations.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and determine next steps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and updated pipeline stages.
  • Coordinate qualified lead handoffs to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
  • Follow structured outreach cadences, scripts, and sales processes.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach, qualification, and conversion targets.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, training, and team meetings.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Comfortable following structured sales processes and scripts.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
  • Availability during U.S. Central Standard Time business hours.
  • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, outbound sales representative, cold caller, recruiter, or lead generation specialist is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or companies is preferred.
  • Experience in commission-based or performance-driven sales environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with pipeline management and sales metrics is preferred.
  • Proven success meeting outreach and conversion targets is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM/lead management software, phone and dialer systems, and email outreach platforms is preferred.
