Description

  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other prospecting platforms.
  • Research companies and identify key decision-makers for outbound outreach.
  • Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and business needs.
  • Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging.
  • Conduct 30–40 cold calls per day and complete 60–100 daily outreach activities.
  • Handle objections professionally and build rapport quickly with prospective customers.
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-touch outreach sequences and campaigns.
  • Test subject lines, messaging, call scripts, and calls to action to improve response and meeting conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, log interactions, and update lead and opportunity statuses in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Partner with Account Executives and collaborate with marketing on lead quality, messaging, and sales process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation.
  • Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and sales engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, and HubSpot Sequences.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • 2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience with a track record of quota attainment is preferred.
  • Experience selling into B2B SaaS, marketing services, professional services, or technology companies is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or Sandler is preferred.
