Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to commercial property owners and real estate investors.
  • Introduce the company’s tax-saving services using a structured script.
  • Engage prospects professionally and confidently throughout the early sales process.
  • Overcome initial objections and continue the conversation beyond the first rejection.
  • Educate prospects at a high level on potential tax-saving opportunities.
  • Gather qualification information accurately from interested prospects.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and senior consultants.
  • Maintain detailed notes and records in the CRM.
  • Follow up with prospects when needed to move opportunities forward.
  • Ensure all collected information is complete and accurate before handoff.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or very slight accent.
  • Previous experience in SDR, BDR, appointment setting, inside sales, lead generation, or cold calling.
  • Strong objection-handling abilities.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, investors, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Able to remain persistent and professional after rejection.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Highly coachable and able to follow a proven script.
  • Self-motivated and money-driven.
  • Reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
  • Experience selling professional services, financial services, tax services, real estate services, or B2B solutions is preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is preferred.
