Description

  • Own top-of-funnel outbound efforts and prospecting for the sales team.
  • Identify high-value accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MediaRadar based on trigger events.
  • Use AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach at scale.
  • Build and run multichannel outreach sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor positioning and buyer objections.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads within defined SLA windows.
  • Run structured discovery calls to qualify leads using BANT criteria.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales stakeholders.
  • Meet monthly quota and contribute to company revenue and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account executives and contribute to outbound playbooks over time.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or BDR role within Media, SaaS, or AdTech.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MediaRadar.
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools such as Clay, Perplexity, or ChatGPT.
  • Experience using prompt engineering and sales automation workflows is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor messaging quickly by persona and vertical.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage schedule and priorities independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts is preferred.
