Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and other sales channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Provide market feedback to improve sales strategies and offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth delivery and client success.
  • Support and mentor junior sales team members when needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and maintaining an active pipeline.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated growth.
  • Comfortable working EST hours.
  • Experience in service-based or B2B industries is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales reps is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills are preferred.
