Description

  • Conduct 10–15 inbound evaluation calls per week with pre-qualified prospects.
  • Lead deep-discovery conversations to assess applicants' businesses, goals, and fit for the Boardroom.
  • Present Boardroom Mastermind membership with authority, specificity, and conviction.
  • Run a two-call sales process that moves qualified prospects from evaluation to invitation and enrollment.
  • Convert at least 50% of evaluation calls into invitation calls.
  • Enroll 75–100 new members per year at an average investment of $30,000–$50,000.
  • Maintain an accurate HubSpot pipeline and detailed call notes after every appointment.
  • Represent the Boardroom brand with a high level of professionalism on every Zoom call.

Requirements

  • Proven high-ticket sales experience closing $10,000 to $50,000+ offers in a consultative, multi-touch environment.
  • Ability to hold intelligent, sophisticated conversations with high-net-worth operators.
  • Working knowledge of real estate business models, including how investors, developers, lenders, and brokers make money.
  • A defined sales framework and process for discovery, qualification, presentation, and close.
  • Comfort selling intangibles such as proximity, community, and access.
  • Polished, professional Zoom presence and a home office setup suitable for a high-end clientele.
  • Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent.
  • Fluency with HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
  • Experience selling low-ticket, transactional, or script-dependent offers is not a fit.
  • Must be willing to work on a 100% commission basis with no guaranteed salary.
  • Curiosity about real estate and willingness to continue learning the industry.
  • Must be based in the United States with a professional remote work setup.
