Description

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Run discovery calls and sales presentations to understand client needs and position tailored B2B solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, deal progression, and forecasting in the CRM.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve close rates, win rates, and deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership to support smooth onboarding and share customer insights.
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, or Business Development roles.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas and closing deals.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle end to end.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to run discovery calls, product demos, and close deals.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong pipeline management and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment during U.S. EST hours.
  • Experience in B2B service-based companies, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring junior SDRs or sales reps is preferred.
  • Strong forecasting and reporting skills are preferred.
  • Stable career growth in sales roles is preferred.
