Description

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, closing, and activation.
  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to expand revenue from existing SMB customers.
  • Own a named account list and build account plans for high-growth technology companies.
  • Create and nurture opportunities through outbound sales strategies.
  • Drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals.
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders across the assigned book of business.
  • Coordinate account mapping and meetings with external stakeholders to expand customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and product teams to align on technical and business requirements.
  • Lead and contribute to team projects that improve the sales process and shape sales culture.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling a highly technical product, with a track record of top performance.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple products.
  • Ability to develop and execute account plans across multiple business units in complex organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills, especially for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in technology and a deep understanding of the space.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in a language from the Iberia region, such as Spanish.
