Description

  • Own the account end-to-end, including the relationship, commercial outcomes, escalations, expansion, and renewal.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all customer communication and set internal response-time expectations.
  • Program manage multiple critical workstreams across Parallel Domain and the customer to keep alignment on status, progress, blockers, and decisions.
  • Build and maintain a detailed org map across the customer’s corporate family, including decision makers, champions, blockers, and budget holders.
  • Run the customer cadence, including weekly tactical meetings, monthly leadership steering meetings, and quarterly executive business reviews.
  • Drive multi-year account planning, expansion into new use cases, and pricing discussions.
  • Coordinate internal teams such as Technical Engagement Managers, Field Development Engineers, engineering, product, finance, and legal so the customer receives one coordinated response.
  • Partner with executive sponsors on the most senior customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise account management or strategic account experience.
  • Meaningful experience owning eight-figure customer relationships.
  • Experience managing a single complex enterprise account at a deep level.
  • Global OEM customer experience is a major plus.
  • Strong understanding of how large, matrixed organizations make decisions, including org structure, procurement, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Technical fluency in complex software products.
  • Experience with simulation, ADAS tooling, ML infrastructure, or autonomous systems is a strong plus.
  • Ability to hold product-level conversations independently and build credibility with technical buyers.
  • Strong commercial instincts for contract structure, pricing, and expansion conversations.
  • Calm under pressure and able to keep a high-visibility account moving.
  • Fully remote role with willingness to travel internationally.
