Description

  • Own outbound prospecting, lead generation, and new business closing across the EMEA region.
  • Manage the full deal cycle from pipeline creation through evaluation cycles and first revenue.
  • Become an expert on the EMEA market and Hologram’s diverse customer base.
  • Communicate the value of the platform to technical buyers, C-suite stakeholders, and other personas across different cultural and business contexts.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Sales, Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to move deals forward.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to inform product and process improvements.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and execution in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Build structure, work through obstacles, and make effective decisions while balancing speed and complexity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales and closing experience in a complex sales funnel, specifically within wireless and/or IoT.
  • Direct experience and working knowledge of the EMEA market.
  • Formal value-selling training such as MEDDIC, Force Management, or Challenger.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing sales activities.
  • Ability to turn broad goals into specific plans and execute through obstacles.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with sound judgment.
  • Bonus: experience landing and expanding in a usage- or consumption-based product.
  • Bonus: experience navigating enterprise sales cycles.
  • Bonus: bilingual in French or German.

Benefits

  • $130,000 - $150,000 base salary plus commission.
  • Total annual target compensation split 50/50 between base and commission.
