Description

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery calls, product demos, negotiation, and closing.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Run discovery calls and sales presentations to understand client needs, pain points, and business goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate deals and drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth.
  • Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, deal progression, and forecasting in the CRM.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and use performance data to improve close rates and win rates.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding and share customer insights.
  • Develop strategies to increase deal velocity and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive roles, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas, closing deals consistently, and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle end to end.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to run discovery calls and close deals.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong pipeline management and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment.
  • Experience in B2B service-based companies, SaaS, or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring junior SDRs or sales reps is preferred.
  • Strong forecasting and reporting skills are preferred.
  • Stable career growth in sales roles is preferred.
