Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close with SMB merchants across a variety of industries.
  • Engage and convert warm inbound leads from marketing, partnerships, and product interest.
  • Source additional opportunities through outbound prospecting and personalized outreach.
  • Quickly qualify prospects, deliver demos, and close deals in a high-volume environment.
  • Understand customer pain points and present consultative, value-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Support to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Track, manage, and forecast pipeline activity accurately in Salesforce.
  • Use metrics and performance data to improve sales results and consistently hit revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, ideally in SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota and close business in a high-volume, short-cycle sales motion.
  • Strong phone, video, and written communication skills.
  • Hunter mindset with disciplined outbound prospecting and pipeline-building ability.
  • Curiosity and empathy to uncover customer needs and match them with the right solution.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity while remaining self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented.
  • CRM fluency, including Salesforce or a similar platform, with a data-driven approach to activity management.
  • Team-first attitude with a willingness to share learnings and contribute to group success.
  • Experience in a fast-paced outbound environment is preferred.
