Description

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects.
  • Build scalable outbound playbooks, workflows, and prospecting systems from the ground up.
  • Design and manage outreach campaigns aimed at generating qualified conversations and meetings.
  • Research companies, decision-makers, buying triggers, and ICPs to improve targeting relevance.
  • Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels.
  • Write and optimize outreach copy for cold emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and campaign assets.
  • Create LinkedIn content and engage with prospects and communities to increase visibility and trust.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and refine workflows based on testing and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, prospect databases, and campaign reporting documentation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or pipeline generation roles.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospect engagement.
  • Hands-on experience using Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging and email campaigns.
  • Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup.
  • Experience working with high-ticket B2B services, consulting, SaaS, or agency businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound automation tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
