Description

  • Lead outbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
  • Research target accounts and pursue leads through to successful agreement.
  • Develop an understanding of target markets, including industry, public policy, regional programs, companies, and projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve business milestones.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, competition, and market positioning.
  • Stay current on industry developments and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain customer activity and pipeline information in the CRM platform.
  • Exceed performance metrics and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a post-secondary degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, and customer management.
  • Experience in relevant industries such as real estate development, transportation, or energy.
  • Strong organizational, strategic planning, and implementation skills.
  • Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of and passion for clean energy and mobility sectors.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
