Description

  • Hire, train, and onboard new SDR team members.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to build pipeline and achieve territory goals.
  • Ensure SDR processes are executed consistently and continuously improved.
  • Monitor rep performance and hold the team accountable for KPI achievement.
  • Track team metrics, maintain records, and generate activity and performance reports.
  • Motivate the team to meet and exceed quotas and objectives.
  • Coach and develop SDRs through structured training on sales skills, product knowledge, and market dynamics.
  • Stay current on new products, services, and customer-relevant information through training and self-study.
  • Manage a high-volume business with strong self-discipline and time management.
  • Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing an SDR team.
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise B2B SDR experience with strong prospecting, discovery, and pipeline-building experience.
  • Experience selling into IT departments or in Networking or Security SaaS sales.
  • Experience building and/or scaling an SDR team to support field sales goals.
  • Experience with SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools to improve SDR efficiency and productivity.
  • Preferred experience with SD-WAN and network technologies.
  • Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience using sales automation and tools such as Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • German or French language proficiency.
