Description

  • Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, triggered workflows, and lifecycle automations.
  • Design scalable automation systems across marketing funnels to improve lead flow and efficiency.
  • Create, test, and deploy email campaigns across marketing automation platforms.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, calls to action, and send timing.
  • Integrate marketing automation systems with CRM platforms to support lead routing, assignment, and sales handoff workflows.
  • Track attribution from engagement through MQL, opportunity, and revenue.
  • Maintain clean marketing databases and segment audiences by persona, behavior, geography, engagement, and industry.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA while improving CRM data quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and build dashboards and reports for optimization.
  • Identify automation gaps and recommend improvements to workflows, deliverability, database health, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience building workflows, lead scoring systems, nurture sequences, and automated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing funnels, lead attribution, and automation logic.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Understanding of email compliance, data privacy regulations, and deliverability best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with API integrations, Zapier, webhook automations, and multi-touch attribution models is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, B2B services, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced reporting systems is preferred.
