Description

  • Own the bidirectional data sync between Salesforce and HubSpot so leads, stages, and contact activity stay aligned across systems.
  • Create and implement complex automated workflows and drip campaigns in HubSpot based on Salesforce opportunity stages and custom object fields.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize multi-step automations triggered by updates to Salesforce leads, contacts, opportunities, and custom objects.
  • Develop and enforce data validation rules, field-mapping schemas, and sync logic to prevent duplication and preserve database integrity.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot API sync errors, integration logs, and workflow audit histories to resolve record update and permission issues.
  • Build precise audience segments using Salesforce report criteria and HubSpot behavioral data for campaigns and automated journeys.
  • Own enrichment, deduplication, archival, and sunset automation processes to maintain data quality and compliance.
  • Design conditional branching and content pathways that deliver relevant messaging based on CRM and behavioral signals.
  • Implement workflow version control to protect active marketing and sales processes when triggers or enrollment logic change.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in marketing data management, email automation, and CRM integration.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce with deep working knowledge of both platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, including objects, fields, relationships, and sync logic.
  • Proven experience building complex automation workflows and drip campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting sync issues between systems.
  • Experience with behavioral segmentation and lifecycle-stage management.
  • Strong data hygiene instincts, including deduplication, enrichment, and compliance at scale.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate logs, audit trails, and data discrepancies to find root causes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach to managing complex, interdependent systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical data concepts for marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Experience in the financial services industry and/or B2B marketing environments is a plus.
  • Consideration for qualified remote candidates residing in states where Kapitus or its subsidiaries have an established physical presence.
