Description

  • Respond to inbound leads from marketing, the website, and referrals.
  • Proactively prospect outbound leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual demos with decision-makers.
  • Present tailored value propositions based on prospect needs.
  • Handle objections, build trust with stakeholders, and negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
  • Close deals and move opportunities through the full sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track opportunities through each stage of the pipeline.
  • Update forecasts and report progress toward quota.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineers, solution consultants, and account managers to improve lead quality, deliver technical demos, and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Stay current on product features, competitors, and market trends, and refine sales messaging based on feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or SDR/AE roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing full-cycle remote sales from prospecting through close.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience with SMB or mid-market sales cycles and $5K–$50K deal sizes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDIC methodologies is preferred.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling is preferred.
