Description

  • Configure and optimize HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub environments.
  • Build scalable CRM architectures, pipeline systems, workflows, automations, and lifecycle stages.
  • Develop lead routing, nurture sequences, pipeline automations, and internal notification systems.
  • Execute CRM migrations, imports, data mapping, cleanup, validation, and deduplication.
  • Improve reporting structures, dashboards, campaign performance tracking, and attribution reporting.
  • Lead client onboarding, implementation calls, training sessions, and ongoing client communication.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions inside HubSpot.
  • Troubleshoot workflow, integration, CRM structure, and reporting issues and document resolutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to support implementations and system improvements.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM architecture and workflow automation.
  • Experience with lead lifecycle setup, pipeline management, reporting, and integrations.
  • Experience handling CRM migrations, imports, data mapping, validation, and cleanup.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lead client calls, onboarding sessions, and training workshops.
  • Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Active HubSpot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, API integrations, custom integrations, CMS, or HubSpot website/content deployment is preferred.
