Description

  • Lead and integrate Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and SDR functions into a single proactive unit supporting Sales and Customer Success.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce as the centralized source of truth for GTM data, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Define and enforce rigorous data standards across the GTM organization.
  • Identify and implement AI tools and automated workflows, including Gemini, to reduce administrative work and improve team efficiency.
  • Own the end-to-end analytical process for board decks and executive presentations.
  • Translate GTM data into predictive insights and strategic narratives for executive and board-level planning.
  • Identify duplicated work or dispersed knowledge across teams and design programmatic solutions to centralize and streamline operations.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to assess and transform the GTM operating model.
  • Support frontline teams by removing operational friction and enabling them to focus on revenue-generating activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, with experience scaling SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with tools such as Zendesk, finance systems, and Outreach.
  • Experience serving both Sales and Customer Success organizations in an operational leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the difference between product enablement and sales skill/framework enablement.
  • Track record of thriving in lean, unstable, or highly ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work proactively without waiting for direction and to close loops independently.
  • Evidence-driven approach with a focus on measurable outcomes and quantitative analysis.
  • Curiosity and confidence to anticipate business needs before they are escalated.
  • Must reside within the greater Atlanta or Austin area.
