Description

  • Own day-to-day administration of HubSpot and support the CRM ecosystem, including Dynamics as needed.
  • Manage workflows, properties, pipelines, and data structure within revenue systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across all revenue systems.
  • Maintain and optimize lead, account, and contact data models.
  • Execute and maintain lead routing, tagging, and lifecycle progression across marketing and sales.
  • Support implementation of standardized cadences and processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot breakdowns in lead flow and pipeline movement.
  • Build and maintain target accounts and contact lists.
  • Execute enrichment workflows using tools such as Clay and other data providers.
  • Help integrate and operationalize external signals such as intent data, behavioral triggers, and firmographic updates.
  • Tag, segment, and prepare data for activation within CRM and outbound workflows.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, conversion, campaign attribution, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure consistency in reporting definitions and metrics.
  • Support business reviews with accurate and timely data.
  • Support integration between HubSpot and external tools, including enrichment platforms, partner tools, and vendor systems.
  • Work with external vendors and agency partners as needed to support data and system execution.
  • Configure workflows that connect data inputs to sales and marketing execution.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve automation and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working in HubSpot or similar CRM environments; Dynamics experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing data structures.
  • Familiarity with enrichment tools, data providers, and signal-based workflows; Clay is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations.
