Description

  • Design and build complex Clay tables that combine multiple data providers, AI agents, and webhook integrations.
  • Architect lead enrichment workflows and waterfall enrichment strategies for accounts and contacts.
  • Develop account scoring models and signal-based outbound plays to identify buying intent.
  • Connect Clay outputs to sequencers, CRM, Slack, and BI tools so sales teams receive clean, prioritized data.
  • Operationalize the GTM stack to support inbound and outbound routing, enrichment, and prioritization.
  • Map account hierarchies and buying committees for enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Audit the existing GTM stack, identify high-leverage workflows, and rebuild or launch improved processes.
  • Own the inbound and outbound data layer end-to-end and ensure workflow quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to align workflows with pipeline goals.
  • Document workflows, communicate updates, and defend implementation trade-offs to senior commercial stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Clay, including complex table architecture, conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions, including ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling.
  • Proven track record of building outbound or lead enrichment systems that produced measurable pipeline impact in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of modern GTM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense or Bombora, and Slack.
  • Comfortable writing API calls, working with webhooks, and reading basic JSON and JavaScript to extend Clay's native capabilities.
  • Strong diagnostic thinking to identify whether funnel issues stem from data quality, targeting, messaging, or routing logic.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with proactive communication skills for direct collaboration with commercial stakeholders.
  • Ability to self-manage documentation, workflow ownership, and stakeholder updates without heavy oversight.
  • Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday with Sydney business hour overlap, plus responsiveness on Slack during working hours and participation in standups and GTM reviews.
  • Own laptop or desktop, fast and reliable internet connection, quiet working environment, and a good-quality microphone or headset.

Benefits

  • Compensation of $2,000-$3,000 AUD per month, depending on experience and demonstrated output quality.
  • Rate review after 90 days based on workflow quality, pipeline impact, stakeholder feedback, and GTM data layer ownership.
  • Higher end of the pay band reserved for senior operators with deep Clay expertise and strong enterprise SaaS GTM knowledge.
  • Direct engagement with an established enterprise SaaS company with a strong product and growing commercial team.
  • Real ownership over GTM infrastructure in a craft-focused role, not a list-building seat.
