Description

  • Plan, build, and launch email campaigns in ESPs such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Write subject lines, body copy, and calls to action tailored to specific audience segments.
  • Design responsive email templates that follow brand guidelines and make basic HTML/CSS edits when needed.
  • Maintain and segment contact databases, including list cleaning and audience targeting by persona, lifecycle stage, engagement, and geography.
  • Build and test automated drip sequences, abandoned cart flows, and behavioral trigger workflows.
  • Monitor inbox placement, sender reputation, domain health, DNS/SPF/DKIM settings, and suppression lists to support deliverability.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.
  • Run A/B tests on copy, subject lines, CTAs, and send times, then iterate based on performance data.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and build weekly or monthly dashboards to report results.
  • Present campaign findings and revenue attribution insights to sales and marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional email marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one major email service provider, such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including segmenting, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email template editing.
  • Experience managing email programs for 50k+ contacts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with deliverability monitoring tools such as Litmus and GlockApps is preferred.
  • Experience integrating ESPs with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Industry exposure in SaaS, e-commerce, or professional services is preferred.
  • Strong copywriting ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and troubleshoot ESP or deliverability issues.
