Description

  • Own the full customer lifecycle from lead capture through first purchase, repeat purchase, loyalty, and winback.
  • Lead strategy and performance for owned channels including email, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Build and optimize lead-to-customer conversion programs such as welcome series, browse and cart abandonment, and nurture flows.
  • Own retention revenue and lifecycle metrics including LTV, repeat purchase rate, churn, and reactivation.
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle roadmap, including segmentation, cadence, channel mix, and offer strategy.
  • Partner with vendors and internal operations to design, execute, and measure direct mail programs.
  • Manage a team producing promotional campaigns and evergreen automations, including prioritization, support, and quality control.
  • Lead testing and measurement efforts, including incrementality testing, holdouts, attribution, and reporting.
  • Work closely with growth and content teams to maintain high-quality customer messaging and execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.
  • Experience scaling owned-channel revenue at a DTC or consumer e-commerce brand, ideally $50M+ annually.
  • Proven experience building lead-to-purchase conversion programs, including welcome flows, nurture sequences, and abandonment recovery.
  • Hands-on experience with direct mail as a conversion or retention channel, including vendor management, list strategy, creative, and measurement.
  • Deep fluency in Klaviyo.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical instincts, including testing design, cohort analysis, and skepticism of last-click attribution.
  • Experience with subscription mechanics, loyalty programs, or complex segmentation is a strong plus.
  • Ability to build a future-looking business case for lifecycle programs.
  • Comfort working closely with data and growth teams on performance analysis and strategy.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $170,000 to $215,000.
