Description

  • Own the initial onboarding experience from a user's first email or phone submission through activation.
  • Continuously test and optimize landing pages, CTAs, copy, layouts, and page flows to improve conversion rates.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B and split tests across onboarding and remarketing funnels.
  • Improve the first few pages and first few minutes of the new user experience to reduce drop-off and increase engagement.
  • Manage email, SMS, push notification, and other onboarding sequences for the first 7 days of a user's journey.
  • Create and manage reboarding and re-engagement flows for dormant users, past users, and unactivated leads.
  • Develop resource guides, how-to videos, and FAQs for delivery during onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and ad teams to build and optimize remarketing flows and external ad network campaigns.
  • Debug flow issues such as broken links, grammar errors, and load-time problems to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Prepare KPI reports and analyze funnel data to identify where users drop off and why.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, funnel optimization, or lifecycle/onboarding performance work.
  • Experience working with CRM systems or split-testing tools and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Comfort configuring tests end-to-end, including copy changes, layout changes, and JavaScript tags.
  • Strong understanding of funnel analytics and the ability to diagnose drop-off points and their causes.
  • Experience with Manychat, WhatsApp, phone calls, email, SMS, push notifications, or similar onboarding channels.
  • Ability to ship 3-5 tests per week across multiple funnels without breaking live experiences.
  • Experience coordinating remarketing flows with ad teams and external ad networks.
  • Ability to interpret raw data from multiple sources to assess ad profitability and performance.
  • Associate-level seniority preferred for this remote, full-time role based in India.
  • Experience with dating, visa, travel, or similar consumer funnel businesses is relevant.
