Description

  • Build, optimize, and scale email and SMS flows and campaigns.
  • Design post-purchase and lifetime value journeys that drive repeat demand.
  • Manage segmentation, behavioral triggers, and predictive audiences.
  • Maintain a balanced flow versus campaign revenue mix.
  • Monitor list health and deliverability.
  • Analyze performance across Klaviyo, Shopify, and Hiro Analytics.
  • Identify retention opportunities tied to lifetime value, repeat rate, and time-to-second-order.
  • Present clear account insights and explain what happened and why it matters.
  • Run hypothesis-driven tests with defined success metrics and decision timelines.
  • Document learnings into team playbooks, best practices, and Braggable Wins.
  • Lead retention strategy meetings and support cross-channel growth alignment.
  • Share insights, contribute to team improvement, and stay current on lifecycle benchmarks and platform changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on eCommerce Email/SMS experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, deliverability, and testing.
  • Proven results improving lifetime value, repeat rate, or flow revenue contribution.
  • Experience managing email lists of 50k–100k+ subscribers.
  • Ability to analyze cohorts, retention curves, and customer order behavior.
  • Strong ability to brief copy and design clearly.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Calm, mature, coachable, accountable, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to provide a brief 2-minute introductory video with the cover letter and resume.
