Description

  • Contact potential and existing customers through phone, SMS, email, and other channels to build a pipeline of leads.
  • Engage prospects, build rapport, and assess whether company products and services fit their needs.
  • Schedule sales demos, meetings, and calls for closing opportunities.
  • Set up, maintain, and manage CRM pipelines and contact lists, including tagging stages and adding call notes.
  • Follow up proactively on leads using Go High Level and Phone Burner with local numbers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
  • Set sales goals, track performance results, and support revenue growth reporting.
  • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys and compile the results into reports or datasheets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to sales support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate course graduate.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Mandatory fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar.
  • Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of Job Nimbus CRM required.
  • Experience using Phone Burner for outbound calling with local numbers is required.
  • Ability to meet the technical setup requirements, including a USB noise-canceling headset, working webcam, 1.8 GHz computer with at least 4GB RAM, and stable internet with at least 25 Mbps cable plus 10 Mbps backup.
  • Expert level candidates with 5+ years of experience are eligible for the stated monthly rate of $1,200 USD.
