Description

  • Exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals.
  • Engage with superintendents and district leadership to qualify opportunities and position Dreamscape Learn as a strategic solution.
  • Build deep executive-level relationships with school district stakeholders and serve as a trusted partner.
  • Develop and manage a growing pipeline of qualified K12 sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns and events.
  • Work with executive leadership to shape K12 growth strategy, market positioning, and expansion initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and strategic feedback to inform product direction and go-to-market planning.
  • Represent and evangelize Dreamscape Learn at industry events and in market-facing activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success selling high-value educational technology solutions to senior K12 leaders.
  • Experience selling six-figure, category-creating education solutions into complex decision-making and procurement environments.
  • Strong executive communication, strategic influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in qualification and territory management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in ambiguity and help build scalable market strategies.
  • Experience in high-growth, innovative, or category-defining organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the K12 landscape, including instructional innovation, digital transformation, and emerging learning models.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
