Description

  • Champion the Challenger Sales methodology across the go-to-market organization.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs for new hires and ongoing skill development.
  • Create interactive learning experiences in enablement platforms such as Spekit, Highspot, and Guru.
  • Develop role-play scenarios, objection-handling frameworks, and discovery question libraries.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted coaching programs.
  • Maintain and update the sales playbook with best practices and winning behaviors.
  • Build and curate a centralized content library of sales assets, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to turn marketing content into sales-ready assets.
  • Create process documentation, SOPs, how-to guides, and workflow maps.
  • Document sales and customer success processes, identify bottlenecks, and improve handoffs.
  • Standardize deal progression, stage definitions, and exit criteria with Revenue Operations.
  • Track content usage, engagement, and correlation to deal outcomes.
  • Create dashboards and reports that measure enablement ROI.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership on go-to-market effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related go-to-market role.
  • Hands-on experience with enablement platforms such as Spekit, Highspot, Guru, Lessonly, Seismic, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with the Challenger Sale methodology or other consultative sales frameworks such as MEDDPPIC, SPIN, or Sandler.
  • Experience creating sales content, training materials, or process documentation.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Exposure to revenue operations concepts including pipeline management, forecasting, deal stages, and sales metrics.
  • Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Notion AI to support productivity and content creation.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with content management systems and knowledge bases.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to work with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and simple reporting.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Loom, Vidyard, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and SalesLoft.
  • Bonus: Experience with no-code tools such as Zapier or Airtable, or basic automation.
