Description

  • Own the revenue number, set targets with the CEO, and build the plan to achieve them.
  • Lead the full B2B2C sales motion to identify, close, and support reseller partners such as hosting providers and agencies.
  • Manage the reseller pipeline from first contact through signed agreement, including commercial term negotiations within the rev share model.
  • Define and operate revenue levers such as pricing, packaging, partner incentives, activation milestones, and expansion signals.
  • Own demand generation across inbound and outbound channels in collaboration with the Growth Lead.
  • Lead positioning and messaging for reseller and end-customer audiences in partnership with Product.
  • Design and own the reseller partner programme, including onboarding, enablement, co-marketing, and partner success.
  • Build repeatable processes and tools that help new resellers reach first sale quickly.
  • Manage and develop the Account Executive and Growth Lead, setting priorities and removing blockers.
  • Define metrics, reporting, and GTM operations across CRM, marketing automation, and partner tooling.

Requirements

  • Experience working in early-stage environments with limited resources, high expectations, and no established playbook.
  • Proven track record of building a pipeline, programme, or team from scratch.
  • Strong accountability for revenue, partner activation, and pipeline performance, with a focus on outcomes over effort.
  • Comfort inheriting an existing motion and making it more effective without waiting for a finished brief.
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and adapt based on market feedback.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to disagree respectfully, accept feedback, and commit once decisions are made.
  • Curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset, with the ability to identify and close knowledge gaps quickly.
  • Experience in B2B2C or partner-led sales is a strong signal.
  • Domain knowledge in hosting, security, or SaaS infrastructure is a strong signal.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a broad role spanning sales, marketing, and partner success.
