Description

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to drive customer engagement, expansion, and retention.
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings to support deal execution and relationship building.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including supporting career growth and training.
  • Help shape and improve sales processes and initiatives as the sales organization scales.
  • Interview, hire, and train new team members as the business grows.
  • Run weekly forecast meetings and advise Account Executives on strategies to exceed their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Support, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Community.
  • Contribute to meaningful customer relationships that support revenue growth and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for customer success, relationship building, and delivering consistent sales results.
  • Ability to work from a US hub or remotely within the United States.
  • Willingness to keep cameras on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.
