Description

  • Own day-to-day commercial relationships with strategic technology partners and named accounts in media and entertainment.
  • Manage business reviews, engagement plans, and relationship progression across priority partners.
  • Discover, qualify, and develop new partnership opportunities across advertising, content creation, and AI-native businesses.
  • Translate Nebius’s AI infrastructure capabilities into partner-ready commercial narratives and joint use cases.
  • Define go-to-market positioning and commercial frameworks for how partners engage with Nebius.
  • Build operating cadences, document relationship status, and track partner-sourced pipeline and progress.
  • Create reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility into partnership performance.
  • Channel partner intelligence into product roadmap discussions.
  • Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Represent Nebius at key media and entertainment industry events and create GTM enablement assets for the broader field team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience, with early-career roots in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similarly structured analytical environment.
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships with ownership of the full relationship lifecycle.
  • Experience building or managing technology partnerships or channel-adjacent ecosystems.
  • Strong AI-first intuition and understanding of the differences between inference, GPUs, and traditional cloud consumption.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to define, plan, and execute independently.
  • Strong operational discipline, including documentation, tracking, reporting cadences, and accountability.
  • Confidence engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, agency leadership, and studio executives.
  • Comfort operating in high-growth or early-stage environments where the playbook is still being built.
  • Experience within or selling to the media and entertainment ecosystem, including advertising, content creation, VFX, or AI-native production companies (bonus).
  • Background in AI, cloud platforms, or GPU-accelerated computing (bonus).
  • Prior experience in a sales overlay, vertical GTM, or domain specialist role within a cloud company (bonus).
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of application and able to provide proof of employment eligibility.

  • Competitive base salary of $175,000 to $205,000 USD.
