Description

  • Own top-tier and highly complex accounts with full autonomy across multiple buying centers and cross-market or cross-platform strategies.
  • Develop and execute long-range account strategies aligned to client business goals and revenue growth targets.
  • Lead executive-level client and agency conversations, including negotiations and partnership prioritization.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities such as cross-solution expansion, platform integrations, and strategic pilot initiatives.
  • Drive revenue expansion across strategic, high-value accounts while also protecting existing accounts from churn.
  • Represent client needs and feedback to influence product positioning and roadmap adoption.
  • Mentor junior team members and raise overall account management standards.
  • Support new business development efforts and lead complex strategic pitches.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and operational teams to execute cohesive account strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate / B2B sales, new business development, or client relationship management.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, audience data, AdTech, or media sales.
  • Executive relationship management experience with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and long-term planning skills.
  • High commercial insight with the ability to evaluate market dynamics, client business models, and emerging opportunities.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to frame problems and propose strategic solutions.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes conversations.
  • Analytical, insights-driven thinking using data and client feedback to influence recommendations and product decisions.
  • Leadership and mentoring capability with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ownership mindset, proactive approach, and strong curiosity and problem-solving ability.
  • Continuous growth mindset and willingness to build skills through learning experiences and programs.
  • Fluency in English and other market-relevant languages, where applicable.

  • Salary range of $114,900 to $193,000 per year.
