Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and engage K-12 district decision-makers to uncover needs and position Panorama’s solutions.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations to demonstrate the value of Panorama’s platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success to support onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current on education market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to sharpen positioning.
  • Represent Panorama Education at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to generate leads and build awareness.
  • Build long-term client relationships to support expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Own a defined territory as an individual contributor on a regional sales team.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of closing sales experience in education technology, SaaS, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience selling to K-12 school districts or in an education-focused sales environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to tailor solutions to complex customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying and closing opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales performance.
  • Ability to travel as required within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to the K-12 education market (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Panorama Education’s platform and suite of tools (preferred).
  • Experience in a consultative or solutions-based sales environment (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $94,500 - $126,000 with $100,000 variable commission, for an OTE of $194,500 - $226,000.
