Description

  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to design, model, and implement annual and mid-year sales incentive compensation plans.
  • Ensure accurate data, timely commission payouts, and dispute resolution for the global sales team using incentive compensation management software.
  • Analyze compensation plan performance, including attainment distribution, cost of sales, and commission leakage, to keep plans effective and financially responsible.
  • Own and optimize the weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting process across regional sales managers and VPs.
  • Manage and configure forecasting tools to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal slippage.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize automated dashboards and reports for core SaaS metrics.
  • Identify underperformance, funnel bottlenecks, and top-performing behaviors, and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Provide analytical support and data narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews and executive board meetings.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Finance, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced CRM knowledge, specifically with Salesforce or HubSpot, including forecasting rollups and custom pipeline reporting.
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and compensation plan simulations.
  • Experience with forecasting tools such as Clari or Gong, and incentive compensation management tools such as CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or Xactly, is a strong plus.
  • Data visualization experience with Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Strong data modeling skills and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear executive summaries.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills for handling sensitive compensation data and working with sales leaders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model within an eligible location, as PagerDuty cannot employ candidates in certain restricted regions.

  • Competitive base salary of $127,000 to $191,400 USD, with potential bonus, commission, and equity eligibility.
