Description

  • Research and qualify prospective property owners who may be a fit for PadSplit hosting.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, networking, and other prospecting methods.
  • Lead discovery calls and meetings to understand owner goals, needs, and objections.
  • Present PadSplit’s value proposition, including revenue potential, simplified management, and social impact.
  • Build trust-based relationships with property owners and real estate investors throughout the sales process.
  • Create tailored hosting solutions, including financial modeling, property suitability, and compliance considerations.
  • Negotiate terms and close agreements for new PadSplit Hosts.
  • Coordinate with onboarding and other internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff for new hosts.
  • Maintain CRM records and track outreach, conversions, and other sales metrics.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitive activity, and legislative changes to refine outreach and messaging.
  • Organize webinars or in-person educational sessions for property owners.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, especially in real estate or property management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to handle objections, solve problems, and tailor solutions to individual property owners.
  • Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management is highly desirable.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot, plus sales enablement and virtual communication tools.
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual meetings, calls, and live presentations.
  • Ability to interpret market data, calculate ROI, and present financial benefits to potential hosts.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and onboarding.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and an entrepreneurial mindset in a rapidly changing startup environment.
