Description

  • Drive revenue growth through direct sales to oncologists and other members of the cancer care community.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with current and prospective accounts.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and support ongoing sales efforts in the territory.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff through consultative selling, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Work independently in a field-based role while reporting to a Regional Manager - Oncology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, including consistent performance at or above goal or recognition such as Presidents Club, Chairman’s Club, or Rookie of the Year.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Lives within the defined territory and is centrally located to target accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Ability to work with urgency, close business, and succeed in a startup environment.
  • Background as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.
