Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth across the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
  • Maintain and expand key relationships within the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff through consultative sales approaches.
  • Coordinate logistics and solve customer problems to support the sales process.
  • Work independently in the field while collaborating with internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Focus on closing business with urgency and a results-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or sustained performance at or above goal.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and ability to work independently.
  • PA, NP, or RN background with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan, including base salary plus uncapped commissions.
  • Base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year, depending on level and experience.
