Description

  • Research and qualify potential property owners who may be interested in becoming PadSplit Hosts.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calling, email, and networking to connect with property owners.
  • Lead discovery calls and meetings to understand owner needs, goals, and barriers.
  • Present PadSplit’s value proposition, including revenue potential, simplified management, and social impact.
  • Build trust-based relationships with property owners and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Customize hosting solutions using financial modeling, property suitability, and compliance considerations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new PadSplit Hosts.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new Hosts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitive activity, and legislative changes to refine outreach.
  • Organize webinars or in-person educational sessions for property owners.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building with property owners.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections and tailor solutions.
  • Familiarity with real estate investing, rental markets, and property management is highly desirable.
  • Comfort using CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to present confidently in virtual meetings, calls, and live presentations.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, calculate ROI, and explain financial benefits.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and onboarding.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete I-9 and E-Verify requirements.
