Description

  • Define and achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and channel engagement.
  • Drive customer acquisition and manage the full sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners, including service providers, telcos, systems integrators, VARs, and MSPs.
  • Co-develop and execute regional go-to-market plans with partners.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing BlueCat customer base.
  • Lead complex, multi-solution sales cycles and position BlueCat as a strategic platform rather than a point-product vendor.
  • Expand into regulated, critical infrastructure, public sector-adjacent, and large distributed commercial organizations.
  • Conduct weekly forecasting and cadence reviews to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategy and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Senior sales leadership experience within enterprise or complex commercial technology markets.
  • Strong background in partner-led and ecosystem-driven sales models.
  • Experience selling platform or portfolio solutions rather than single-product offerings.
  • Comfortable operating as a hands-on senior individual contributor.
  • Experience driving pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue growth.
  • Ability to sell into large, complex organizations with distributed or hybrid networks.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries, critical infrastructure, or similar high-complexity segments is preferred.
  • Experience managing cross-sell and partner-influenced revenue motions is preferred.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and deal management capability.
