Description

  • Own the strategy and execution of ABM programs for a focused set of strategic accounts.
  • Build and run integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid social, email, website, and digital events.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on coordinated plays that support expansion, upsell, and renewal motions.
  • Optimize funnel performance, audience targeting, and conversion rates across the demand engine.
  • Develop and execute account-based digital programs using paid channels, account targeting, intent signals, and personalized creative.
  • Improve website conversion paths, landing pages, and personalized account experiences.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations on marketing operations, workflows, scoring, segmentation, nurture programs, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build dashboards that track funnel health, ABM engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership to guide prioritization and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with significant ownership of ABM programs and strategic account motions.
  • Located within two hours of the US Eastern time zone.
  • Strong command of digital advertising platforms and website experimentation tools.
  • Proven ability to build, execute, and measure full-funnel account-based programs.
  • Excellent communication, project-management, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot.
  • Data-driven and curious, with a habit of experimenting with new tools.
  • Experience in complex or regulated B2B markets (nice to have).
  • Experience working in a growth-stage company with account-based motions (nice to have).
  • Experience leading a business development function (nice to have).
