Description

  • Build and grow executive- and field-level relationships with existing hyperscaler and GSI partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and Accenture.
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through new solution plays, geographies, and business units.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned to mutual growth objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new hyperscaler and GSI partners aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Define partnership value propositions, engagement models, and joint go-to-market plans for new partners.
  • Design, launch, and scale co-sell motions with existing and new partners.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through account mapping, joint prospecting, and coordinated sales plays.
  • Enable internal sales teams with playbooks, training, and tools for partner engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams on joint go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, events, and solution plays.
  • Own and report on partner-driven pipeline, revenue, co-sell metrics, KPIs, and partner ramp performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management and partnership development within IT, technology, or software environments.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and partner-led customer engagements.
  • Experience defining, executing, and scaling partner strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Strong experience working with hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft and with Global System Integrators such as Accenture.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools including Salesforce (SFDC), Google Workspace, and Outreach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • $163,000 - $193,000 total annual compensation, consisting of base salary plus variable compensation.
